In Store Pickup & Return
Orders can be picked up from our warehouse in Dallas at 2623 Brenner Drive. This is near 35E & Walnut Hill. This is our most affordable and flexible option. Any authorized person or courier can sign for your order with your permission. Select In-Store PIckup & Return at checkout.
Off-Peak Delivery & Pickup
Can't easily make it to our warehouse before and after your event, but don't want to pay day-of delivery charges? We offer delivery & pickup at your home/office a couple of days before and after your event. This option starts at $50 for addresses less than 20 miles from 75220. Setup and breakdown are not available with this option.
Peak Delivery & Pickup
We are happy to deliver to your venue the day of your event at a set time, and pickup the next business day from the venue or your home/office. This option starts at $245 and there is limited availability each weekend. Please call to inquire about day of event delivery. Setup and end of event breakdown available with this option for an additional fee, but we sell out quickly.
Nationwide Shipping
Shopping for an out of town event? We ship nationwide using FedEx. You will receive your rentals 2 days before your event, and FedEx will pickup from your home or venue typically the Monday following your event. We charge actual shipping rates, which will be determined based on the weight of your items and your shipping zip code. If you are placing your order online, you will be provided with round trip shipping charges for FedEx Ground shipping.
